Red Lunar Year x 2013

Happy Chinese New Year People!

I know I'm like five days late but its still new years whaaat. :P Been busy preparing and helping out at the house until I forgot to blog. *excuses But anyway, I still manage to blog after such busy week so I forgive myself. Teehee!

Anyway, this year is the year of the snake, it's all about u la laaa, which I find very lame really. -.- I realize this year's new year is more quiet compare to the past few years, I guess mostly is due to most of the relatives and cousins from the family were not back this year. We didnt even take any group photo or family photo at popo's place like how we used to do back then. :( NEXT YEAR MUST!!

Despite a quiet new year, I am too falling sick of new year. :( Caught a bad flu from the wet weather, throat feeels rather itchy and got eye infection, sien ! Been wearing specs the whole day today. Arghh, hope it gets better by tomorrow!! Not to mention, little miss red decided to pay a visit during new year. -.-

Besides delicious food and collecting ang pao, it is never new year without a little bit of gambling. :P First few rounds at friend's place and my place I've been distributing money to people. WTH my luck went?! But lucky for me it came back today, pls continue luck!! Addicted to rami really!

Another day past, another day closer to Perth. Just got informed that my visa has FINALLY been approved, which marks off one of the many things that I have been worrying about, and now still having headache on the accommodation :( I never knew wanting to go overseas can be so stressful. Talk about money and solve everything. Bullshit, you still have so many things to handle, no connections or additional information, still gonna be stuck somehow!

But lets put the stressful note aside and let the new year pictures do the talking. Some limited photos since I was not in the lightest mood for pictures this new year. :( Blame on all my penyakit.

Snaking to a Properous Year!

Can you believe how time flies? Its Chinese New Year the day after tomorrow, and I can't help facing the fact that I'm leaving to Perth in 2 weeks. Omg. I.am.not.even.close.in.preparing.to.leave. Die.

So looking in the CNY point of views, I guess everyone has already got their 'ang ang' clothes shopping done, manicure all ready and getting their hair dyed and facial and everything. I guess I was excluded to be one of the productive ones. -.- Nails are slowly recovering from my last gel manicure, looks like shit now and face complexion, never been worst. My period decided to delay, which most probably fall on CNY, so punctual no? -.- Arghhh! Hair is a mess, I cut it a week ago but couldnt be bothered to dye since the color will fade anyway. Ugly roots ftw !

Not looking forward for CNY, dunno why though, maybe there is a lot of thing running through my mind right now. More anxious for Perth I guess, though everything else including my visa is still in progress. Sigh, long story, everything hasnt been on my side lately.

HOWEVER, pray for smooth sailing once I get to Perth!

No matter what, its a new year, I should be grateful I can still spend it with my family and friends, I can do my manicure myself and who says you can't have ombre hair with black roots?! (an wei zi ji) :P

Just feel like writing all of a sudden. Meaningless post but wo shuang oh, zen yang?  xD 


Btwww, Valentine is next week! I'm glad Ming loves the present I got him. I know what he's getting me, shall reveal it once I receive it HAHAHA! :P

Victoria, Melbourne

Short post on my first few days in Melbourne. Okay, maybe not few days, lets just say Day 1. :P

 In the plane with Mummy on our way to Melbourne via Brunei. :)

We arrived somewhat midnight in Melbourne due to the time difference in Malaysia which was like, 3 hours ahead! I swear the whole trip I was continuously living under Malaysia time. Not able to adjust to the time there as the sun sets about 9pm. So weird right?

Anywho, went sightseeing around the city on the first day of or arrival,

Heeeello! Quick update before I make a long productive post. :P

Just got the laptop reformatted, now its squeaky clean! Teehee! And I just downloaded photoshop so I thought of giving it a try. My camera has not been functioning due to my carelessness for leaving it at my cousin's house in Melbourne.

Lucky I got it back but sadly the cable is not the right one. Still trying to figure why. -.- But anyway, manage to get it from the computer shop and now its charging. Hopefully it works!!

Getting reallly stressed out lately, I can't believe Chinese new year less than a week and I heading off to Perth like in 2 weeks plus? Wtffff

Still have lots of things to settle, so little time. Kill me. :(
